I always thought that it was important to have a good immune system. I like your recommendations, they are a good reminder of what we could be doing to make this nasty infection away or disappear!

So true…. we let toenail fungus invade us, and we keep let it live inside us…….i don’t know if any of you are like me, but it’s so tough for me to stay on track with working out and eating right. I just need to make a stronger commitment and i can probably lose weight as well.
